Payment Options:
When you are ready to complete your sale, select the "Checkout" button. You will be prompted to login to your account before you can checkout. If you do not have an account, you can set open one with us, it's very easy and only takes a few minutes to do! Signing up for an account allows you to log in at anytime to track your past and current orders. We use a secure online shopping cart to process orders and accept payment through Paypal at this time.
Sales Tax:
PA State Residents will be charged 7% sales tax upon checkout on accessories.
Shipping Costs:
Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout using a postal calculator based on weight and destination. Please allow 3-10 days for your order to arrive. We generally ship orders out on Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Overnight and International Shipments are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing an order.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Grasshopper online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund (minus shipping charges).
Sale merchandise, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry and handbags are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@grasshopperproject.com to confirm your intention to return and receive your RA#. Returns made without prior notification will not be processed. Returns received after 10 days will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your account for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure:
Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package.
Returns will not be accepted without an RA# from Grasshopper.
